Basic Electronics with Arduino

Build, Wire, and Program Real Circuits

Basic Electronics with Arduino

Students move beyond the screen and into the physical world, using an Arduino microcontroller to build and program real electronic circuits. They learn to wire components on a breadboard, write C-based code that runs directly on the hardware, and see the results instantly — a blinking LED, a spinning motor, a beeping buzzer.

  • Wiring and testing basic circuits with LEDs, resistors, and breadboards
  • Programming the Arduino using C-based code to control lights, sounds, and motion
  • Reading real-world input from sensors like buttons, light sensors, and temperature sensors
  • Debugging a circuit by checking both the code and the physical wiring
  • Building a final hands-on project that combines circuits, code, and creativity

Basic Electronics with Arduino gives students a hands-on introduction to embedded systems and hardware programming — the same skills that open the door to robotics, IoT, and physical computing.
