Our Team
The people behind C0deEX: our leadership, and instructors trained in the subjects they teach.
Leadership

Sanjib Biswas
Co-Founder
Sanjib co-founded C0deEX to give students in Acton and the surrounding towns a place to pursue science, English and computer science with the rigor they deserve. He leads the institute's academic programs and its partnerships with local schools, and has guided C0deEX's growth from a computer science academy into a full K–12 academic institute.
He believes every student can excel when they are placed at the right level, taught by people who know their subject, and given a goal worth reaching, whether that is a first science experiment, an AP exam or a national competition stage.

Susri Anuradha
Co-Founder and Director
Anuradha co-founded C0deEX and directs its day-to-day operations, from course planning and scheduling to the experience every family has with the institute. She works closely with instructors to keep classes small, well organized and focused on each student's progress.
She has helped build C0deEX's programs in science, English and computer science, and its community of students, families and partner schools across Acton and the surrounding towns.
