Terms & Conditions

Program policies

Our full program policies, including tuition and billing, withdrawals and refunds, and drop-off and pick-up, are provided during registration in our Jackrabbit registration system, and families review and accept them when they enroll. Current families can see them anytime in the Parent Portal.

Photos and media

During registration, parents choose whether C0deEX may use photos of their student for marketing, including on this website and on social media. If permission is not given, we will not use that student's photos.
